Our human, can-do culture
At our core, we are problem solvers who care about the communities we serve, as many of us grew up in social housing and continue to live in the communities we work in today.
From top to toe of our business we have a can-do attitude, often referring to ourselves as a ‘do it yesterday’ company – when a problem needs sorting we address it straight away and if it’s a big challenge we bring everyone together as a team to develop impactful and innovative solutions.
The range of fundraising and community work we do is a natural extension of our commitment to the communities we serve.
We are the people we serve
Expanding team, optimised systems
We have grown from a family business into a UK-wide operation of over 100 people, including 45+ directly employed engineers. We serve local authorities and housing associations with substantial residential and public building portfolios, becoming a recognised and trusted presence in the communities we serve.
As we’ve grown we’ve invested in the optimisation of all our systems to ensure greater efficiency and full transparency with our clients. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ organisations, as committed to protecting residents and ensuring compliance as they are.
Our leadership team
In 2025 we engaged a third party consultant to support us with our energy and emissions reduction programmes.
For 2026 we have set reduction targets, with a full understanding of our current impacts, in our own operations and across our supply chain.
We are partnering with clients on the installation of electric vehicle points across communities, which will support our own transition to electric vehicles.
Our new waste management strategy requires all waste to be separated by our engineers, enabling reuse and recycling and measurement of different waste types.
