Chloe is a real role model in our company, setting an example to all apprentices about how far hard work and the right attitude can take you, but also encouraging more women to see themselves in an engineering business. Maybe starting out as an electrical apprentice too.
After four years of working on the tools at Wiggett Group, Chloe progressed into the position of Quality Assurance Manager, from there became Contract Manager then Compliance Manager, and after that progressed into the position of Managing Director, the position she holds today.
Given Chloe’s direct experience working on the tools and her understanding of how systems and standards are carried through to the front line, she has played an essential part in making sure Wiggett Group’s quality standards are maintained.
Today this carries through to our full range of accreditations and the strategies we’re putting in place to support both our clients’ and our own Net Zero goals. As the drummer in the Wiggett Group band, you could say Chloe sets the beat for everything we do.
