MHS Homes is a leading housing provider in Kent, with a diverse portfolio including supported housing, sheltered schemes and general needs properties. Our contract with them focuses on ensuring electrical safety and compliance across both domestic dwellings and communal areas and we deliver over 2,500 electrical inspections and associated remedial works every year.

In addition to EICRs, we carry out lateral mains upgrades, PV solar servicing, lighting protection testing, fan installations, and full or partial rewires. Our mobilisation programme was completed in a tight three-week window,
with all engineers briefed, vans stocked and IT integrations being completed within this time frame.
