With over 50 apprentices starting their careers at Wiggett Group, National Apprenticeship Week is something we love to celebrate. We believe in investing in the future by training young talent and offering long-term career opportunities that can make a real difference to people’s lives.
We recruit many apprentices from the communities where we work, committing to creating job opportunities for young people when we bid for contracts. So far of the apprentices we’ve hired, over 75% have stayed with us, progressing into full time engineering roles. That’s definitely something we want to celebrate.
