Wiggett Group delivered full electrical and fires safety services across One Housing’s diverse estate, which included homes, schools, medical facilities, and a Grade II mixed-use hostel and conference centre.
We conducted over 2,400 tests annually, across high-rise, low-rise, sheltered housing and CSP-converted townhouses, as well as providing emergency lighting design, installation, testing and remedial works, and full lifecycle fire alarm services, including design, commissioning and maintenance.
