The Guinness Partnership is one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing and care services, managing over 65,000 homes and supporting more than 120,000 customers nationwide. Wiggett Group is contracted to deliver electrical compliance and installation services across 20,000 properties, a mix of domestic homes, HMOs, care settings and communal areas.
The full scope of services includes domestic and communal EICRs, annual PAT testing, fire alarm installations, emergency lighting projects and lighting conductor maintenance. We carry out approximately 20,000 planned visits and tests every year, across urban centres and more remote rural areas, nationwide.
