Wiggett is contracted to deliver comprehensive electrical and mechanical services, across over 57,000 homes and communal properties owned and managed by Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). Properties range from general needs to supported housing and are located across South England, East Anglia and East Midlands.
Our services include statutory testing and reactive works: residential and communal EICRs, PAT testing, smoke alarm installations, fall detection maintenance, communal ventilation and air conditioning services, generator and solar PV testing, lightning protection, reactive aerial callouts and survey services.
