Electrical testing, rewire and remediation work
Our contract with Reading Borough Council covers a wide range of property types including sheltered housing schemes, communal halls, and council-owned offices. In total, we take care of over 7,000 properties across the borough.
Electrical testing services include domestic and communal EICRs and PAT testing, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm testing, ensuring all properties are compliant, safe, and well maintained in line with the client’s high-performance expectations. Other services include fire risk assessment remedials, full and partial rewires, lighting protection inspections and emergency assistance.
